The Imagination Farm Warming & Zine Launch is an exciting event that you won’t want to miss! Join us on Friday Aug 18th at 2718 Painters Street, New Orleans, LA 70122 for an evening filled with creativity, imagination, and short films.

Come and celebrate the official opening of The Imagination Farm, a place where artists, stewards of the land, and dreamers gather to practice mutual aid and cultivate their ideas. This unique event will also mark the launch of the 1st edition of The Storm Zine Project, ft. A QUEER / TRANS GUIDE TO STORMS, and will include a brief demonstration on how to pack your “Grab + Go” bag for hurricane season.
Following the demonstration, we’ll be showcasing the incredible talent found within our community, including a full line-up of imaginative climate justice short films thanks to our partners at NOVAC, RISE-HOME STORIES, and The Front.
Bring a blanket or folding chair and whatever liquid refreshments (BYOB) or snacks you may like, take home your own beautiful copy of the QUEER/TRANS GUIDE TO STORMS, and immerse yourself in the power of imagination and the vibrant artistic community of Southeast Louisiana.
* This event is street parking only. Please carpool if you can!*
